BETTER MOMENTS
A journey through grief & self discovery
NICE TO MEET YOU
My name's Christine!
Welcome to my blog, a place where I can share my journey through grief and rediscover what brings me joy.
I had the idea to take myself out on self-love dates and experiences to live in the moment more and create better moments for myself while I grief the death of my mother. I also wanted to embrace my singleness and rediscover who I am during this transitional period in my life. I figured others might be going through the same thing I am, so why not document it?
In this blog I'll share my experience of these self-love dates, and my creative thoughts on grief and coping after a loss. So come on this journey with me and please be encouraged to go on your own! Whether you are also grieving a loved one, learning to enjoy singleness or on a road to self discovery, Better Moments is a safe space to share your experiences too!
Please reach out and engage—I’d love to hear your stories!

IN LOVING MEMORY
A dedication to my mother, Grace Williams
"Grief is a lifeline connecting two people who are in different realms together." -Rebecca McNutt
My mother was the most incredible person I knew. She was loving, kind, full of joy, strong, brave, beautiful, and intelligent. She was also a fighter and overcame so many obstacles in her life.
On August 9, 2023, God decided it was time for the fight to be over and for my beautiful warrior of a mother to finally rest. She was 61 yrs old and about to turn 62 on August 15th.
I dedicate this blog to my mom, who always supported every creative idea and passion project I've ever had. Although you are no longer with me here on earth, I know you'll always be with me and watching over me in heaven (when you're taking a break from partying with Jesus).
I love you bestie, and I will always try my best to make you proud.
